Nutriversum - Inositol + Folic Acid is a substance belonging to the family of B vitamins, which is becoming more and more popular among those who want to have a baby, as it is often recommended for women with PCOS, i.e. polycystic ovaries, before having children.
The product also contains folic acid, i.e. vitamin B9. This essential water-soluble micronutrient is also one of the primary active ingredients of most prenatal vitamins since our body synthesizes folate* from ingested folic acid.
*Folate is involved in the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
For the sake of completeness, the product has also been supplemented with ** iron, *** zinc and **** vitamin D because these micronutrients are also crucial for the daily smooth functioning of the body.

Suggested use
Suggested use: Take one dose (1 tablet) three times a day after main meals with plenty of water or other liquid.

The capsule is really big. I couldn't even take it for a while. However, since I realized that it dissolves quickly under the influence of liquid, I have been waiting a little with it before swallowing it. So there is no problem taking it. Since I have been using this "trick", I like to take it again and consume it every day.
