Ingredients: maltodextrin, capsule shell (gelatin), catalase enzyme ( from Aspergillus niger 100,000 U/g), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium phosphates).

Suggested use: Take one serving (1 capsule) with your first meal and one with your last meal. Alternatively, take a full daily dose (2 capsules) with one of your meals with plenty of liquid.
