Suggested use
Mix one portion (30 g) of Casein pro port with 250 ml of cold water or skimmed milk. Consume right before bed or as a supplement to your diet! The measuring spoon included in the package is only used to help with the measurement, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing!
