SUGGESTED USE

You can consume creatine monohydrate according to two types of systems, with or without supplementation.
In general, it is used with filling, but in the case of a diet, when extra water retention is to be avoided, it can also be used without filling.
 
With loading:  for 10-14 days, consume an amount of creatine equivalent to a third of your body weight, expressed in grams, distributed proportionally throughout the day. On training days, take 1 dose before and after training, and on rest days, preferably before meals, approx. 10-20 minutes, with carbohydrates.

From the 15th day, halve the dose and continue to consume the product every day for approximately 40-60 days. After this, at least 2 months of rest is recommended.
 
Without filling:
Take 5 g of Creatine Monohydrate before and after training.
 
Preparation:
Mix 1 serving (5 g) of 100% Creatine Monohydrate in water or other liquid, possibly adding it to a post-workout smoothie.
