BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acid. This group consists of 3 amino acids, which are Leucine , Isoleucine and Valine .

These 3 amino acids are essential amino acids, which means that our body cannot produce them by itself, so their intake is definitely a function of nutrient intake, we have to supplement the necessary amount from an external source.

Suggested use: Consume one dose (6 g) of BCAA powder mixed in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before the start of training. Alternatively, you can mix it into your pre-workout drink or post-workout protein shake, or consume it during your workout. The measuring spoon included in the package is only used to help with the measurement, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing!
