Ingredients: Pancake mix Lactose Free (gluten free wheat starch, whole egg powder, lactose free skim milk powder, baking powder, disodium pyrophosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, salt, emulsifying agent, thickening agent), Whey protein concentrate instant (milk), Egg white protein, Thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose), Aromas & sweeteners, Sodium bicarbonate.

Allergen information: Contains egg and milk. May contain traces of soy and oat. Store in a cool, dry place in a well-sealed package at the temperature not exceeding 25 °C and away from direct sunlight. Shake the container before each use to redistribute the ingredients. Instuctions: - Add 50g (2 scoops) Pancake Mix with 150ml water - Mix them and let sit for 5 minutes - Cook on a lightly greased griddle - You’ll get about 3 pancakes. Enjoy!
